Sales
Every property is beautifully presented both online and in person. When we do viewings, we do not send a hapless viewing agent with no knowledge of the property, but the prime agent himself. Furthermore, we offer a swift service, automated booking service, and operate seven days a week. Whatever it takes until the property is sold, essentially. Everything is handled by entrepreneurs with high stakes in your property, not a clockwatching office worker. As such, we pride this practice on its level of service which essentially boils down to doing simple things very well. In terms of prices, commissions stand at 1.5%+VAT, or a minimum fee of £1,500+VAT. We do not offer economy services, but only comprehensive packages with significant quality, value and time investment. Buyer Agency
We hunt high and low across Glasgow, the West of Scotland and indeed the whole of the country for the property that you so desire. Usually, we're hired by those outwith Glasgow or international, such as the USA, to be the safe pair of hands they need overseeing their property transaction. They may be moving to Scotland or looking for a second home here. Others we act for include busy professionals like doctors who want to build their portfolio but struggle to find the time outside their work. I handle everything, from start to end, and there's literally nothing I won't do for my client through the process. The prices are straightforward: 2%+VAT of the purchase price with a minimum fee of £4,000. And also, a £500 commitment fee that is subtracted from the commission.
